Diversion TV collects information that the End User chooses to submit such as user
names, email addresses, postal addresses, credit card numbers, phone numbers, etc.
We may also use the End User's email address to send updates, a newsletter, or news
regarding the service. End Users may opt out of the newsletter at anytime.
Diversion also collects non-personal information such as browser type, operating
system, and web pages visited. We may share statistics about clip views, order statistics,
and other website usage with our business partners. We will not share personally
identifying information with these partners or any third parties, except if required
to do so by a court injunction. Diversion TV has links to the sites of other companies.
We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes,
we will post them on our site to make End Users aware of the changes. End Users
will always be aware of what information Diversion TV collects, how it is used,
and when it may be disclosed. The End User is bound by any minor changes to the
policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted. |
